John Stewart uses River Red Gum, approx age of timber is 400years + old.  Handmade in Australia from fallen native timber.

River Red Gum is a magnificent large tree with thick trunk and heavy twisting branches. Found beside most inland Australian rivers where it forms extensive open forests which require regular flooding. Its hard red wood has tradiationally been used for posts stumps and firewood. Red Gum forests are now under seriuos threat from human activity.

Care: Finished with Tung Oil, Buff with cotton cloth
